Changeover schedule
Chalet Roc operates between January to March on a Sunday-Sunday schedule/changover day. Arrival is any time after 4pm on the Sunday, and (to allow enough time for cleaning) a departure by 10am the following week. (A total chalet clean is included in the price.)
For the Christmas and New Year weeks, and during April, we are able to offer some flexibility around the arrival and depature days. Please get in touch for details.
During the summer months we are able to offer either long weekends (minimum four-nights) or weeklong stays, depending on availability. Please drop us an e-mail to find out our latest availability and prices!
For stays of two weeks we offer a reduction of 10% of the total price, and three weeks or more a reduction of 20%. Please do get in touch if you’re looking for a longer-term rental also.

How to book
In order to secure a reservation we would request a 25% deposit upfront, with the balance becoming due six weeks before arrival. Booking can be made either directly with us (secure payment via credit card, or electronic bank transfer), or at many of the online platforms, via the below links.
Save by booking direct!
Please note that recently most online booking agencies have begun to charge up to 20% in additional service fees for booking, in addition to advertising fees that we pay as chalet owners. Should you wish to avoid the extra costs (and still use Amex, credit card, etc.), the most economical method is a direct booking paid via credit card. (Chalet Roc is a registered French business, SIREN 814131421.)
